So I’m in the middle of editing episode 7. The reason it’s taking me so long is because it is twice as long as we usually record. There is a very good reason for this as you will find out when I finally get the damn thing done. Thanks for you patience and please don’t lose faith because I promise we are getting better.

Sorry for the delay… In this episode we are quite obviously more relaxed with the whole podcasting thing. And a little bit loud. And we talk a little fast. Just a little. Sorry. We will get better I promise.
Also, Keri finds out some stuff about LE that she never knew before. Not surprising as LE has done just about everything. Please forgive the rampant freaking out.
In the Slice of Lyme, we discuss nutrition, and how it applies to Lyme and other illnesses.
One more thing. Since recording this episode we have gotten some pointers about podcasting, so if you don’t know, here are some references for who/what we are talking about:
LE is agoraphobic, obsessive-compulsive and has Lyme Disease. She is married to Mr. E.
Keri is bi-polar, among other things. Kyle is Keri’s 8 year old son, Josh is her husband, Marie is her toddler daughter. They are Mormon (not Molly Mormon, but still Mormon) and are having money problems so severe that they require help from their church to buy food.
Glad you’re caught up. On to the links. Well… not really… Mad Menagerie - This is the band that LE’s twin sister sings in. We don’t have a link for them. Sad, I know. We’ll figure something out if anyone is interested in the band. Dodgers Link - Again, not so much a link as some info. The Dodger game that LE and her sister sang the National Anthem for was on August 23, 1993.

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know that we DO have a podcast coming up, and we ARE going to be recording #7. It’s been quite a hellish week, and I haven’t been able to sit down and edit. But we are working things out, so don’t leave! We love you!

So, in this episode we talk about drugs. Also prescriptions.
During the Slice of Lyme we discuss chronic fatigue and the wonderment that is exercise. (And why it’s always the first thing prescribed for our collective syndromes…)
Pics of SOTSii Clue 2 and Replacement Socks 1 are going to come later because I can’t find the energy to take pictures. Meh.

Apparently we are more comfortable talking about ourselves than ever… PMS anyone?
Also, I talk a bit about my church to explain my week. I’m not preaching, ok? Just giving info about my situation.

“This surveillance case definition was developed for national reporting of Lyme disease; it is not intended to be used in clinical diagnosis.”

Dude, I really hate this computer. I had this all ready to go, when Marie accidentally touched the power cord and suddenly everything is gone. Really irritating. So anyway…
In this episode Keri goes on and on and on about what she’s working on, and the girls have a really good discussion during the Slice of Lyme. Also, before I forget AGAIN, the music is provided by Mad Menagerie. Cheers.

Well, apparently I am not a podcast master yet.
Show #1 had no end music. And it was in the wrong format. (Which I fixed.)
Show #2 has a little bit of music over topping the speech in the beginning. Sorry about that. I’m not gonna fix it though because I’m kinda scared it’s going to mess up the feed or something. So, just so you know, all it says is my blog URL and I think part of LE’s. Not a big deal. Just annoying really. If I figure out how to fix it, I will fix it later.
Sorry again.

Well, well, well. Who’da thunk it? Here we are at episode 2, and we are WAY excited! Hopefully it will be easier to download than the first one. I’m still working on that, by the way.
Mentioned in this podcast are the following links:
Jaywalker Socks
Lisa Souza Yarns
As well as the typical stuff already in the sidebar.
There will be pictures of Kitty and Katie coming soon as well.
Enjoy!
(Wait. Did I actually just go there? Ick. Nevermind…)

Hi everyone! This is our first podcast, and thus, first set of show notes. We’re climbing a bit of a learning curve, but hopefully everything will be all copasetic and stuff.
This episode referenced the following websites:
Keri’s Blog
LE’s Blog
Ravelry
Columbia University Lyme Research Center
Here’s the pic of LE’s knitted, crocheted dress for Katie.

And a close-up so you don’t think I don’t know the difference between what knit and crochet stitches look like…
